Shyam Property Mart works one corridor: Dehradun, Garhmukteshwar, and the weekend belt between them and Delhi NCR. We keep it that narrow on purpose. Knowing a few places properly is worth more to a buyer than a list of everywhere.
That focus is what lets us answer the questions that actually matter. What does the plot back onto. Which approvals are in hand today, and which are still in process. What the drive really takes on a Friday evening, not on a map. If we can't show you something on paper, we don't claim it.
Founded and run by Shyam Mishra, we handle farmhouse townships, resort cottages and residential plots — from the first site visit through to registry, with the same people on the phone throughout.
