Leads, bookings, and commissions are commercially sensitive. This page describes how the product is designed — not a list of certificates we have not earned.
Privacy
Lead, customer, and booking records belong to the organisation that captured them. See the privacy policy for what we store and why.
Access control
Roles decide what a user can see: developer, channel partner, sales manager, sales executive, and administrator are first-class.
Role-based permissions
Inventory, leads, commissions, and settings are gated. A partner does not see another partner’s book. An executive sees assigned work.
Data isolation
Organisations operate in separate tenancies. Cross-tenant access is not part of the product.
Audit logs
Assignment, status changes, and bookings are written so a manager can reconstruct who did what. Depth of export depends on plan.
Backup
Database backups are part of the hosted operations runbook. Retention windows are confirmed in the order form, not implied here.
Compliance
We will not list ISO, SOC, or RERA badges that the company has not obtained. If a control is required for your purchase, ask for it in writing.
